In a spectacular showcase of innovation and ambition, CRJE (East Africa) Ltd. opened the doors to the Peninsula Noble Centre, a game-changing development that's set to transform Dar es Salaam's skyline and empower East Africa's growth story. The Project Open Day drew a star-studded lineup of industry leaders, partners, and influencers, all eager to experience the future of sustainable urban living.
The ceremony kicked off with a heartfelt welcome speech by Mr. LI TIANYE, Chairman of CRJE Asset Operation and Management Center. "As we approach the Christmas season, it is a great pleasure to welcome you to our Peninsula Noble Center. Peninsula Noble Center is one of the key comprehensive asset operation projects developed by CRJE in Tanzania, reflecting our long-term commitment to high-quality construction, standardized operations, and sustainable development."

The Chairman has further said that throughout the construction and operation of the project, CRJE have adhered to high standards in building construction, applied a full life-cycle approach to real estate development, and continuously explored property management models suited to local market conditions.
"Our goal has been to effectively integrate China’s proven construction technologies, management experience, and service standards with Tanzania’s legal framework, market environment, and cultural context.Through today’s presentations, discussions, and on-site visits, we hope you will gain a more comprehensive and first-hand understanding of the construction quality, operational philosophy, and service system of the Peninsula Noble Center."
He insisted: "At the same time, we place great importance on listening to the views and suggestions of our owners, partners, and property management teams. The essence of asset operation lies in service, and continuous improvement in management depends on the understanding, support, and participation of all of you."
Mr Li TIANYE pointed out that the Peninsula Noble Center Open Day stand as an opportunity, the CRJE has set to further enhance their operational management and service quality, and work together with all parties to ensure the project’s long-term, stable operation and mutual benefit.

On her part, Property Manager of Peninsula Noble Center Jackline Charles said: "Noble Centre Peninsula is a modern, well-planned commercial development strategically located to meet today’s business needs, We offer office spaces for sale and for rent.Peninsula Noble center has a total of 8 floors, two wings,each floor has a size of 2160㎡. The standard office spaces we have, range from 123 ㎡ up to 330㎡, that contains public washrooms and tea room."
She added: "For the ground floor, we have 6 shops including International Supermarket, Insurance Company, Bureau Exchange, Jewelry shop, Coffee shop, Whisky Hub and Home Decor shop.Up from 2nd floor to 7th floor are our standard offices with a great sea view and an attractive outlook in the Masaki area .For the top roof we have a planned modern restaurant.We offer a total of 222 parking slots with 103 are available in the basement area and 119 in the front/ outside area .We have a standby generator that plays a crucial role in ensuring uninterrupted power supply in our building."
She underscored that the building has scheduled inspections; by conducting regular inspection of the building to identify maintenance needs and repair issues before they escalate preventive maintenance manner; by implementing preventive maintenance program, it helps in preventing breakdowns and to address potential problems proactively prompt repair; to address issues in a timely manner to prevent further damages.emergency response plan; emergency response plan is crucial in urgent maintenance issues or problems.

However, during the event, attendees split into groups for guided tours of the facility. Mr. Li and other senior officials mingled with guests, discussing potential partnerships and answering questions one-on-one. Visitors explored model apartments, state-of-the-art conference rooms, and lush landscaped areas, with engineers and architects explaining the innovative technologies integrated into the project.
The event underscored CRJE (East Africa) Ltd.’s role as a catalyst for sustainable growth and innovation in Tanzania’s real estate sector. With the Peninsula Noble Centre, CRJE had delivered more than a building—it had created a beacon of progress for the region.
