Msilikare  Micro  Credit  Company  LTD, is a company  established  under  the  companies Act (cap  212  R.E 2002) and  licensed  to  carry  credit  business. 

Msilikare Micro Credit is a fast growing Microfinance headquartered in Shinyanga Municipality.  It carries its operations at Shinyanga municipal and Maswa district office.  The  Company  is  now  extending  its  business  operations  at  Kahama  and  Meatu  Districts.

We  are  hereby  inviting suitably qualified Tanzanian who  are  dynamic,  committed,  self driven, competent and very  professional to  fill in the following  positions   for  immediate  appointment:
Positions: Business Development Manager -1 post.                                                                                  Job responsibilities:
·       Lead company’s business development deal process in implementing the business strategies.
·       Manage the internal and external   business stream.
·       To manage and asses day to day loans matters.
·       To  find  and  negotiate  debt collator  for  collection  of  loans  from suspect  loans  defaulters
·       To supervise the junior staffs through mentoring.
·       Prepare month operational business   report and submit to the  Director.
·       Perform any other duties assigned by the Director.
Academic qualification and experiences requirements;
·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Economics form recognized Universities.
·       At least  two  years  of  working  experience  in  the  financial  sector.
·       High managerial skills.
·       Sensitive  to  operational  risks,  self  initiative,  problem  solver and  good  decision  maker  with  high standard  of integrity.
·       Computer literate especially spreadsheet, power point and Microsoft word.
Marketing Manager -2 Posts
Job responsibilities;
·       To  develop  and  manage  the  implementation  of marketing  of  the  company.
·       To  develop  and  implement  the  Brand  strategy  for  the  company.
·       Planning marketing strategies.
·         Conduct marketing research and   analysis.

Academic qualifications and experience requirements;
·       At least  diploma or bachelor degree  in  Business  Administration  majoring  marketing,  finance,  Public  relations  and  marketing  or  other  related  business  discipline  from  recognized  institution  or  university.
·       Working  experience  is  not  required  but  will  be  an  added  advantage.
·       Willing  to  work  in  the  field  level  over 55%  of  work.
·       Ability  to  work  independently and in a team under minimum  supervision
·       Have good marketing strategies and skills.
·       Computer literate especially spreadsheet, power point and Microsoft word
·       Excellent  interpersonal  and  communication  skills, the  ability to  affectively  convene  and liaise  with variety  of  people  (customers )  in  a  different   multi -  cultural.
·       Perform any other duties assigned by the Director.

POSITIONS:   Accountant - 4 Posts
Job responsibilities; 
·       To  keep  financial  and  cash  flows  of the  company
·       Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
·       To correct and records the repayment from clients.
·       To analyze current financial status by collecting busness imformation, preparing portfolios.
·       To collect records    and keep credit data disbursed to customers.
·       Assist the director to prepare annual budget.
·       Advice  the   Director  on  business  operation  expenditure  trends and  Financial  Discrepancies  And  Irregularities.
Academic qualification and experience requirements;
·       At least  Diploma  or  bachelor’s  degree  in Accounting  or  business  Administration  majoring  in  Accounting  from  recognized  institution  or  university.
·        Working experience is not required but will be added advantage.
·       Computer literate especially spreadsheet, power point and Microsoft word
·       Excellent  interpersonal  and  communication  skills
·       Perform any other duties assigned by the Director.
Personal Secretary- 2 Posts
·       Answering calls taking,  messages and handling correspondence.
·       Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
·       Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
·       Managing database.
·       Typing ,  preparing  and  collecting  reports
·       Acting as receptionist and liaising with relevant public and private agency.

Academic qualification and experience requirement;
·       At least  certificate  or  diploma  in  secretarial  studies  from  recognized  institution  or  college.
·       Experience is not required but will be added advantage.
·       Computer literate; Microsoft office applications.
·       Good communication, customer service and relationship building skills.
·       Organization and time management skills.
·       The ability to be proactive and flexible.
·       Attention to detail and negotiation skills.
